Because every charm is made to order with your chosen name, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please double-check spelling carefully at checkout as we make exactly what’s entered.


Faulty or damaged items

If your charm arrives faulty or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund, free of charge.


Wrong name or order error on our side

If we make a mistake with your order, we’ll fix it at no cost to you  just get in touch.
