Shipping policy
Processing time Every Dotey piece is made by hand to order, so please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be made before it's dispatched. During busy periods (Christmas, back-to-school, Mother's Day), this may extend slightly — any delays will be communicated by email.
Delivery times (from dispatch, not order date)
- Ireland: 1-3 working days
- Northern Ireland: 2-4 working days
- UK: 3-5 working days
- Rest of EU: 5-10 working days
Carrier Orders are shipped via An Post. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Lost or delayed parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, get in touch and we'll track it down. Please note that once a parcel is marked as delivered by An Post, Dotey can't be held responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery.
International orders Customers outside Ireland/UK/EU are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged on arrival — these are outside Dotey's control.
